Borrar tu cuenta de Edge 21

Edge 21 · Blackjack y conteo de cartas

La cuenta de Edge 21 es opcional: es la cuenta de Google con la que entraste para guardar tu progreso, aparecer en el ranking y ganar premios. Si la borrás, la app sigue funcionando sin cuenta y el progreso que tengas en el teléfono no se toca.

Opción 1 · Desde la app (al instante)

1. Abrí Edge 21 en el teléfono o en edge21.app/app.
2. Tocá ⚙ Ajustes → Tu cuenta.
3. Tocá Borrar mi cuenta y mis datos de la nube y confirmá.

Opción 2 · Por mail

Si ya no tenés la app, escribí a soporte@edge21.app desde el mail de la cuenta de Google con la que entraste, con el asunto «Borrar mi cuenta». La borramos en menos de 7 días y te avisamos cuando esté hecho.

Qué se borra

• Tu cuenta: el nombre, el mail y el identificador de usuario.
• La copia de tu progreso en la nube.
• Tus puntajes y tu apodo en el ranking.
• Los premios que ganaste y los días de Premium de regalo.

Qué queda

• El progreso en tu teléfono, porque es tuyo y está ahí. Para borrarlo también, desinstalá la app o borrá los datos del navegador.
• Premium comprado en Google Play: la compra queda en tu cuenta de Google Play, así no la perdés si volvés a instalar la app. Las suscripciones se cancelan aparte, en Google Play → Pagos y suscripciones. Borrar la cuenta no cancela la suscripción.
• Reportes de errores: no tienen datos tuyos y se borran solos a los 90 días.

Delete your Edge 21 account

An Edge 21 account is optional: it's the Google account you signed in with to save your progress, show up on the leaderboard and earn rewards. If you delete it, the app keeps working without an account and the progress on your phone isn't touched.

Option 1 · From the app (instant)

1. Open Edge 21 on your phone or at edge21.app/app.
2. Tap ⚙ Settings → Your account.
3. Tap Delete my account and cloud data and confirm.

Option 2 · By email

If you no longer have the app, write to soporte@edge21.app from the email of the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and let you know when it's done.

Request account deletion

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email and user ID.
• The copy of your progress in the cloud.
• Your leaderboard scores and nickname.
• The rewards you've won and your free Premium days.

What stays

• The progress on your phone, because it's yours and it lives there. To delete it too, uninstall the app or clear your browser data.
• Premium bought on Google Play: the purchase stays in your Google Play account, so you don't lose it if you reinstall the app. Subscriptions are cancelled separately, in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the account doesn't cancel the subscription.
• Error reports: they contain no personal data and delete themselves after 90 days.
